Patrice Tamber Endres, a 38 year old mother and wife disappeared on Thursday, April 15, 2004. Patrice had just finished up her last hair appointment and was going to have lunch at around 11:30 a.m., when someone interrupted her. At around 12 noon, Patrice’s next client arrived to the Tamber’s Trim-N-Tan Salon to find it deserted. There was no sign of Patrice. The customer noted that Patrice’s belongings were scattered about and, her purse had not been taken. Patrice’s meal was also left uncooked in the microwave.
The client became alarmed and contacted the police. The police would come out to the salon and make police report. However, there was still no sign of Patrice to be found anywhere.
Shortly after Patrice disappeared, a witness would contact police and say that she was passing the hair salon at around the time Patrice was believed to have been abducted, and stated that she saw a man in the salon parking lot walking near a white cargo van. The witness described the man as about approximately six feet tall, having dark hair, wearing a grey jersey jacket, loose fitting pants, and possibly a camouflage cap. The witness also helped the Forsyth County Police Department develop a composite sketch of the suspect and it was distributed to the public shortly thereafter.
The unidentified woman would go onto tell police that she noted that Patrice’s new Chevy Tahoe was parked in front of the salon’s main entrance, nose to nose with the mystery cargo van, and that seemed strange to her. Patrice never parked her vehicle in front of the main entrance, she always parked it on the other side of the building.
The police began to search for Patrice in various areas in Forsyth County, Georgia. All the tips coming in to the command post were checked out. The community began a search alongside her family.
There are many unanswered questions about Patrice’s whereabouts, however the Forsyth County Police Dept., and her husband, Rob Endres, continue to search every single day until Patrice is brought back home. A $17,000 reward is now in place, and increasing, in hopes that someone will contact the police with the information to locate Patrice. Someone out there knows where she is!!!
If you know ANYTHING about Patrice Tamber Endres and her whereabouts, you are urged to contact the Forsyth County Police IMMEDIATELY at (770) 781-2222. This is a 24 hour number.
