My name is Kathy and my older sister, Carrie Elizabeth
Romine was found deceased as a result of homicide on November 20, 1994
in Knoxville Tennessee at 733 east fifth street. My sisters case is unsolved
and is now in the cold case files assigned to Eddie Biggs with the Knoxville
Police Department.
My sister was born and raised in California and what she
was doing in Knoxville is a mystery to the whole family. We don't have any
family or friends there to our knowledge and neither did she.
just in case someone might suddenly remember something ten years later, there is a link to the detective included with these pages.
I cannot help but feel that someone somewhere knows something, and that if they see this story they may come forward and share any information they may have or remember something that they may have seen.
Carries death was a big blow....and we are still having to deal with the grief and unanswered questions,
Why?
That is the question and word I have come to hate the most after so many years of no answers ...
