On Friday, August 26, 2005, SueAnn Ray completed her shift at work and headed to Wal-mart to pick up a few personal items. From there, SueAnn went to her estranged huband, Quinton Ray's residence to have him work on her van. Quinton Ray is a mechanic and had agreed to service the van on this date.
It is known that SueAnn arrived at the estranged husband's residence and even spoke to a friend while she was there on her cell phone. After that phone call at approximately 5:45 PM EST, nobody would see nor hear from SueAnn Ray again.
Three days later SueAnn's van was found abandoned at the Wal-mart parking lot where she was known to be earlier on that Friday night before having the van serviced. The van did not appear to be disturbed or that an abduction had possibly occured.
SueAnn's husband relayed to police through his hired attorney that SueAnn left his residence and went elsewhere on that fateful night after he worked on the van, and claims to know nothing about SueAnn's whereabouts.
There are many unanswered questions about the events that occured on that night. The family of SueAnn is turning to the community for assistance in locating SueAnn. There is now a $105,000 Reward for the SAFE return of SueAnn.
